Beneficial Owner Information (BOI) & Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN)

The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) introduces new reporting requirements for small businesses. These requirements are enforced by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).
